Making up for losing my head this morning. Getting totally fed up with looking at myself now, but still compelled to draw it. Maybe in the hope that it will have changed since the last time I looked at it…
Oh yeah I had my hair chopped off yesterday. And I still can’t stand the way I look
 Charcoal and chalk. Self-portrait.

Last night’s effort. Well, what remains of it. The scissors got to it this morning. Good job too. I can’t stand running out of materials half way through a drawing *humph*. Trip to the art shop today then for me.

These are drawings I did last night, well, the early hours of this morning. I look at myself wondering who the hell I am. I don’t know, I just know that I don’t like what I see.

I plan to participate in an online drawing project to make a drawing a day for 365 days. Well, if I can. Motivation ebbs and flows. As does sanity. These are the drawings I made last night (6 self-portraits), when I was a bit ‘out of it’ to say the least. For once I feel relatively non-judgemental about them. They just ‘are’. Who cares, they’re just marks on paper.
